I would highly recommend Light in the Dark Electric to do any electrical work! We've had them out on numerous occasions, to install new recessed lighting, updated old lighting, do wiring for our new laundry room and fix other issues we have had come up. Every time they have been punctual & professional. To install new recessed lighting/upgrade our electrical panel/fix some miscellaneous other issues and they did a fantastic job. I hired Ryan to install a fairly complex generator at my home in Golden to combat the now frequent Xcel power shutoffs. Unlike many contractors I've hired in the past, Ryan showed up on time, dressed professionally, and gave a complete estimate and a timeline for the work required. The bid was less than I expected and his references were impeccable, so I hired him. Again, he showed up on time, completed the projected on time, kept the work area spotless, and then showed me exactly how to operate the new system. Ryan is a true craftsman and a skilled tradesman; a professional's professional who says what he does and does what he says. If every skilled tradesman ran their business like Ryan and Light in the Dark Electric, the US would be crushing China and the rest of the world. I could not give him a higher rating or a more enthusiastic endorsement!!

I can’t recommend Ryan and Light in the Dark enough. He completed a full basement buildout for us, and his work was incredibly professional, clean, and done the right way. He clearly knows electrical code inside and out, to the point that my general contractor actually asked for his contact info to try and recruit him for future jobs. That alone speaks volumes. Beyond his skill, Ryan is honest, dependable, and a man of integrity. It’s rare to find someone this knowledgeable who also operates with strong Christian values.
